as a lifelong sufferer of a permanent and partially crippling upper neck condition i can sympathize
i have never heard of that condition specifically though, but it took me a while to find good help in the form of an old chiropractor, he was partially paralyzed himself, who identified my problem and help from a physiotherapist who gave me stretching exercises in combination with compression therapy both of which i use to this day to help with the spasms - this after a lot of useless specialists and even a psycologist
